Getting ready to head out to the Annual Labor Day Weekend Clam Bake - I can't wait! Getting hungry!I was asked to make a dessert and I selected this recipe I found in Taste of Home. I tweaked it a bit by adding fresh fruit and glazing it with apricot preserves that is first heated and melted a bit. I also strained the lemon curd through a sieve before adding it to the crust. I will report later to let you know how it tastes but with lemons it has to be good, right??

I also made another dessert - stayed tuned another day!
